Mellaart International conducts searches on the basis of an exclusive engagement. Our goal is to assist our clients in defining executive positions and following this to identify and select candidates who best fit the clients needs. We define the competencies required to be successful and interview potential candidates accordingly. Only the best are presented confidentially to the client.

Our business background allows us to discuss the role and understand the client's business and challenges. Our added value is to look at the business as management consultants and not just as recruitment consultants.

Position-related Warranties

All candidates hired by our clients upon our recommendation still occupy their positions. Mellaart International is, at all times ready to respect the guarantees provided to our clients. We are, however, proud of the fact that so far the issue of our guarantees has not been applicable. In some instances the search process was completed on the part of Mellaart International and the best candidate was chosen by the client. The client, however, decided not to hire the selected candidate due to changes in company strategy, reorganisation, or a change of ownership.

Hired positions guarantee

Mellaart International guarantees to conduct a new search free of any charge if the selected candidate leaves the client within 6 months from the date of his/her employment with the client for reasons not caused by the client's discretion (eg a candidate's own wish, or significant low performance).
